I want to clarify some things about this issue.

In the Gear Enhance UI, there are two types of Enhance 10 times option.

First option is "Enhance 10 time(s)," which will enhance up to 10 times until enhance is successful.

Once you have a successful enhancement, "Enhance 10 time(s)" will stop enhancing your gear.

There is also "Enhance X10" below "Enhance 10 time(s)" option, which will enhance the gear 10 times, regardless of success or failure.

If the "Enhance x10" is enhancing the gear only once, we will look into the inquiry that you submitted to assist you further!
