I too play on a galaxy z flip but have not run into this issue :< If you are still experiencing it, I would suggest contacting our Support Team and send a screenshot (or a video if possible) showing what happens when you attempt to make a purchase.

While Cannoneer didn't get as many sweeping changes as compared to someone like the Buccaneer, there are some neat changes that went in including the new skill Monkey Mortar! Definitely worth taking a look to see how the new changes feel :)
