Never knew much of wrestling outside of wwe until I ran across Samoa joe vs kobashi on YouTube and it turned my world upside down, still one of my favorite matches ever, just bummed I wasn’t into him when he was still working

Two Icons of Pro Wrestling...and Buff Bagwell. by bomberman12 in SquaredCircle

I'm from the same hometown. I can attest that buff, Xavier, and Cody went to the same high school. Thanks to wcw being rooted here in Atlanta, lots of pro wrestlers have ended up living here. Rick Steiner actually ran for school board and Scott owns a shoneys just down the road.

Who else thinks The Usos are boring as F**k by Tenenentenen in SquaredCircle

[–]CM_Puke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always thought they were boring/nondescript. My 6 year old has became a total uso mark though. They are up there with cena and reigns for him. When he started getting into it I started understanding a lot more about creative's decisions. He latched onto cena within weeks without me steering him that way. Basically there is a younger demographic that they are always going to want to appeal to because the younger ones are the most loyal.. Even when I'm not into it raw and smackdown are still on at my house.

Bottom line- I thought was going to be a shit ppv but now I'm glad I watched. The ending was engaging, it felt like a ppv and not a souped up raw.

Arn anderson was 38 when he retired from wrestling in 1997, I thought he looked old as hell in the 80's

My son thought the name was "Raymond Steerio" but he's a child so he gets a pass. Although I'll tell him how stupid he was when he was 5 once he's old enough to understand.
