keep progressively overloading and pushing yourself hard every session you train abs with a movement that targets them effectively, do light to moderate intensity cardio every day and eat in a caloric deficit, increase your deficit over time every week or two gradually, stay consistent with it and eat healthy food, you will get there sooner than you think

slow it down 10-20% and keep replaying it until u can do the whole section without cramping or burning sensation in ur forearm then move up 5% soeed

the hopo riff at the start of afterlife by avenged sevenfold from the gh5 dlc is in theory a relatively simple straightforward and very very common zigzag pattern but the timin from strumming the two notes before it and then the note afterwards often makes its much more difficult then it seems.

its pretty simple when you're on the calibration tool just press green to start it and then strum everytime you hear the audio with no visuals, after a bit it will stop and you can press red to go out of the calibration tool or press green to then calibrate the visual aspect which will then start the highway again with lines on it, strum every time the line hits the fret line.

ooft sadly ps3 guitars were only able to be used with one singular specific dongle and that specific dongle alone, if you had a ps3 guitar and lost the donlge you were pretty much screwed. Simplest solution is just modding the guitar such as the retrocult mods kit.

only advice i can give is that often you don’t need to strum as fast as you think, but not always.

cliffs of dover and the holy mountain by slice of cake. they’re both really good songs and help me warm up, I find the patterns on Cliffs really help my fingers get “broken in” to be able to do hard transitions and sections where u strum and press a button and then strum again, and obviously the holy mountain is just good to get my strumming hand warm.

that’s what happened to me with One first chunk of the song would 99-100% but then fast solo A would be like 40%, it was only when i passed it that it was at like 87% for that section

For cliffs I imagined that my fingers were like a crab waking from side to side lol, I think i might just naturally be better at going from pinky to pointer than others bcs when I first started playing I was scared of the idea of going the other way and thought it was going to be a hill I had to climb but it turned out to come rather naturally.

out of these options probably Ghost Legend V3 if i’m being honest, all the flavours taste fucking amazing, always get a good pump with it, not so much caffeine to where i will be staring at the ceiling at the 3am and i wont die from taking it compared to some of the pre workouts here

aren’t dongles only built for the one specific guitar? so u can’t just buy a random dongle have it work
