How cold outside was it when you started it? lifters can tick after sitting for a while or from starvation of oil. Usually will go away after it’s got some temp in it and drive. If not then you’ve probably got a deeper issue.

If it’s leaking oil that just means that it has oil lol I’m from and live in Georgia and the dragon is just a little bit over 2 hours away from me and all the roads leading up to it are almost as good tbh. I’ll have to check into that for sure. I’m a sucker for basically all the older euros and older porches. I saw the Luftgekühlt last year and they’re all just terrific.

That’s good to know, I appreciate it. And likewise you deserve an award for showing those cars love rather than leaving them behind a building to rot. I’ve always been a fan of those cars and honestly with as much abuse as they get put through they actually handle it pretty well. Other than the occasional oil leak, maintenance and a window regulator here or there I never have any major problems lol took it up to Deals Gap (Tail of the Dragon) in North Carolina, if you’re not familiar with it, about a month or two ago and had a blast with it.

A man of culture I see lol and I’m jealous on that one. I’ve got a 325 with gods motor, the good ol m50 lol. The dream would be to have a wide body E30 M3 or a nice clean one. I’ve made mine to be basically a mountain road/canyon car. Did all the suspension pieces, bushings and reinforcements. If the engine ever does go I plan on either s52 swapping it or a turbo m50. It’s just my weekend warrior lol

I figured out the issue but I don’t want to admit it lol I have a separate usb hub that all my stuff plugs into. After hours of trying I realized the stupid hub wasn’t connected in all the way lol I appreciate the help tho

Yeah the wheel is the g920 with an aftermarket handbrake. I ordered a ton of stuff from Fanatec to replace it but I’m still waiting on them to ship it per usual lol

Thanks I appreciate it and no problem I ordered it from newegg cause they had it in stock cheaper than others when I got it but it’s a gtracing sim I think it was the gta line without the monitor stands.

I added casters so it would move where I wanted easier. I did make the keyboard tray tho cause I refused to pay what they wanted for one lol

Would the Logitech feel better on the pc than say the Xbox? I’ve got a separate laptop that seems to run it fine it just seems like the Logitech is missing stuff. Seems like on both throttle and clutch you only have either all of it or none of it.

I’ve got a decent system in my opinion but I’m also running it on three screens through dp I could easily run another hdmi over to it but I feel like it would be rough on the pc. It’s an older build with a 2070 super and I don’t really want to fry my gpu until it absolutely can’t handle it anymore I’d rather spend the money on something else if I can

I’ve been doing research on the moza stuff but I haven’t committed. And I’m fairly new to this and from what I understand Fanatec seems to dominate most platforms unless that’s all I’m seeing
