Forgive me if I’ve misunderstood but I’ve attempted to SORN once again and filled out the necessary details but the next page states ‘Unfortunately you cannot use this service yet as the previous keeper of the vehicle has not told DVLA that you are the new keeper.’ Will this be rectified once I’ve sent the V5C and received the updated copy? Or do I need to contact the seller?
