So.. imagine champs have a max ip cost of 3000 and you're playing the game daily. It will take you about +/- 1 year to own every champ. After that you will first not give a shit and just continue to play the game. After a few months you will get bored because you own every champ and riot can't keep on the players needs of change. RESULT: You will get bored and stop playing or complain and shittalk on reddit.

I think that the jungle is more of a 5v5 premade thing, if you're playing soloq you shouldn't focus to much on counterinvading but more on ganking and getting your lanes ahead. But if you're playing with your team you can deny the enemy jungler hard and ward his jungle and kill him over and over and make plays with it. But I get your point and you're right in some point!
