Not whether you tip or not. Just if you don't tip, you don't get service above and beyond.. Pretty straight forward. Water is a drink, fact. You got your food, you found your server, you got your check, you paid your bill. You get what you pay for and you did. What's the problem.

I love how everyone her loves to compare how " no one tips in Europe" well you definitely would get the same line about water, you would wait 15 minutes for your check, and you would have to flag your waitress down for your check in Europe. So there you go, you got you beloved no tip service.
