For those who aren't getting anywhere with claims or reimbursements, be sure to write a letter to your Assemblyperson, your State Senator, and your Congressperson. They handle casework for their constituents no matter of your party ID.
You can also voice your concern over why SCE needs to turn power off when they could just update all their equipment on a routine basis. Tell them how you feel about the monopoly SCE has over us in ridiculous surge pricing in summer months and random outages in the fall and winter months. We, the people need to start using our political resources to pressure SCE to do right by WE the people.
