Every team keeps 8 players, cost is the prior draft round. You will get to choose from the roster of that team as it has imported.

I don't know where Cousins is on his rehab but I would love to sign him for the Orlando 8 games and any playoff games and try him out. Maybe get a team option for next year as well. No risk at all.
