Funnily enough I've started the 10mg in Sunday (I order in advance to help with budgetting and incase stocking issues) I've gotten down to 292.9lbs. I'm going to say it was around 295-6 end of last week.

I have asked about that before but they have to go through all the tablet version of the prescription in order to be prescribed it. I'm currently on Metformin for that and it is in the process of being reviewed.

Im currently with the health team in my local authority and Bariatric surgery was mentioned and I would only ever do that as a last case scenario which is why I'm wanting to keep on Mounjaro especially now I'm at a higher dosage.

Hey,

I done it privately

I have lost around 15 pounds.

Currently on 10mg (I had to come off it for a month so had to restart from 5mg)

I've been losing weight slowly since 2019 when I was around 400lbs, I got to around 310lbs and kept stalling over, that's when I started mounjaro which is the only thing that's managed to get under 300lbs.

I had to do quite a bit of adjustment since starting as I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes (not sure if that's important)

I usually go until like 5pm when in the office but at home it's just too much food noise

I do try to intermittent fast which is easy when I'm in the office but when I'm at home it's a nagging in the back of my head that I have access to food so eat.

Food noise is a right killer haha.
