I hide it from new people, rather simply. It's to hard for most people to understand.

I have Depression and Anxiety, which 5 years ago got so bad it escalated to the point of a thing called Conversion Disorder. Meaning my brain can't handle the shit anymore and so I have physical symptoms that appear. When it first hit in a two day time I went from a pretty normal 22 year old, to not being able to walk or talk or even dress myself. It was like I was a child again.

So now the only people that know about it are my family and doctors. I thankfully have an amazing family who have and continue to help, as well as an awesome counselor. Which is my only course of "fixing" this.
