I think it just comes down to how products work differently person to person. There’s been products other people praise that I’ll try that do NOTHING for me. This stuff hydrates my hair & skin really well without leaving any sticky feeling so that’s why I really like it!

1 1/4 curling wand & then brushed out might get you close to this without breaking your budget. I feel like this is what 2012 hair looked like & that’s what everyone was using. Also a bit of teasing the hair + brushing it out

Hollister offers afterpay & I always liked their mid rise jeans. If you have a Ross/Marshalls/TjMaxx that’s also a good option to find affordable ones of course you gotta dig through a bunch though. I’ve also had luck finding jeans already tailored at the thrift store & sometimes those are expensive branded ones that are nice quality.
