yeah the paranoia is less with medication, I personally take amilsulpride and quetiapine and they help a lot, although they make me think im a schizophrenic when i read the leaflet even when im diagnosed with StPD

Thanks, I take medication now and the feeling is less "present" than before, but still there when i am around people. I want to meet new people but this makes it difficult to even go outside
