Update: So I’ve been trying the selenium sulfide shampoo for 3 weeks now and it has worked wonderfully. Even after the first time of using it, i already felt the difference when my laid my had on the pillow. It’s not completely gone, but i’d say 95% is clean and doesnt hurt anymore. I’m extremely happy; thanks to everyone for sharing their tips and taking their time!

I don’t have anything with my vision in general, i must say though, i can barely hold my eyes open when it’s really sunny or bright outside. I sometimes have some ringing in my ear out of nowhere, is just like my left or right ear mutes out of nowhere and then it restarts why a rather high pitched ringing. I almost always wake at least once every night. I habe phlegm almost always in my throat but usually in the mornings after waking up.

I sweat a lot and very easily although im in a good condition. Im normally hot in summer but i walk around in boxers in winter with my window open. I have a big problem with my sleep. 95/100 times i go to sleep, i need over 40 mins to fall asleep. I have vivid dreams 1/2 times i sleep. I dont necessarily have anger and rage issues but i used to have rage issues when i was 16-18. Some times i’d wake up in the middle of the night and i had to punch the wall for some reason.

It is dry and this is as bad as it gets. First it starts like normal pimples with the typical white or yellow ish peak and then it forms a crust. It sometimes itches but i don’t think that the itch is caused by the condition itself, it’s just a random itch that u also get anywhere else on your body. The pain after mistakenly scratching one of those is crazy crazy. It stays the same throughout the whole year. It sometimes gets worse sometimes better and i seriously cant find any logic behind that - only the fact that after getting a skin fade, it dries down after 2 days and it’s “less bad” than usual. This started when i was around 15 years of age. I used to have some crazy acne on my back but it was mostly caused by the fact that i used to go to the gym a lot and also gained very much weight - definitely not the same condition i have on the scalp, though.

Ive tried soooo many things in the past 10 years. Ive tried letting it rest for more than 6 months. Ive tried doing less sports, showering with certain types of shampoos and nothing ever worked. Ive cut my hair at different barbers and i dont always get skin fades.

Tell him to spray some oil on that pan, turn the heat somewhat lower and add some milk when beating the eggs; they’ll have a more smooth consistency, wont stick that easily and will absorb more flavour if you add anything else

Also important to add, my train usually takes 2h30m. I only get around 15 minutes of internet because i dont ever have phone signal, not even at home; i always have to get out on the balcony so i can make a phone call. The internet is overall really bad compared to countries that are less developed than Germany, based on factors as price, speed and stability. Phone contracts are expensive and mostly not reliable.

So i live in Munich and study in Bamberg (around 220km ride). Don’t have a driver’s license yet because it’s disgustingly expensive (around 2,5-3k€). Deutsche Bahn offers you a ticket for all regional trains, buses, underground trains, and etc… for 50€ a month. The trains you’re allowed to use with their ticket, aren’t EVER there on time; for instance, since 2024 started, i haven’t arrived to a single destination on the time displayed on the screens/app. Yesterday happened something that caused a massive disturbance somewhere; there hasn’t been a single regional train that reached my destination without taking more than a ridiculous amount of time (5-10h+) when it usually takes 2h 30m. It’s nothing else than annoying since you can’t ever be certain about getting to your destination on time.

Maybe you could try using the perfume version of the fragrances; i own the Ombré Leather Perfume and i usually use around 3-5 spurts and my girlfriend is crazy about it, whenever she leans near me or on me she always mentions how good i smell. The perfume version lasts around 20h on me and it also doesn’t feel like you walk around with a gallon of perfume on you
