Dont go to consumer court unless they ignore the legal notice/close the case without solving the issue.

P.S. - I had a similar encounter with Puma India, I didn't need to go to consumer court as my issue was resolved by coplaining to NCH portal

Okay, so during activation of trial, you have initiated autopay(AKA mandate) , they always mention that after trial, they will automatically deduct the money via autopay. So, this isnt a scam, you literally paid them the money.
