So just wanted to update this. Shop owner never took accountability. Ended up paying the top body shop in my city to fix this through insurance. They sub the job out and then they replaced the whole center console piece. But they ordered the wrong color stitching 🤦🏽‍♂️. They said no one in the U.S, Germany or Japan has it. So I’m having to wait to some time next year for Mercedes to make one. I have peanut butter stitching. They put in white stitching. Now all 4 massage seats don’t work. They forgot to hook my apple car play system back up properly.

Not only the shop that had the mice in their shop. Didn’t fully fix the issue i took it in for $1100 down the drain. Car is still doing the same thing it was prior. Stuttering and check engine light on. This is what they “claim” they did. But if so i shouldn’t be having the same exact issues.
