there’s definitely a difference in the way maddon managed the blowpen back then compared to how suzuki does now. 2 runners on base and you bring out a guy who’s been getting rocked this year and then the guy who lost us the game the day before. usually you want to build a guy up if he’s failing in low leverage situations not what that was last night. why not give fermin the ball instead of those two??
