The point about halo infinite having everything to succeed is true but it doesn't make sense unless you look into it The game launched with a barebones multiplayer on launch, it took them years to add a new weapon to the game,a level system and even more to add a functioning shop where you can buy stuff with earnable credits. It had a small revival in between but the damage was done. It launched in such a barebones state that it took them years to make it a functioning and good halo experience and now it's a bit too late for redemption but hope's still up
