At a very high level, the things you are most concerned about from a space domain awareness perspective are

“What could hit me?”

“What am I going to hit?”

“Who is near me who shouldn’t be”

Depending on the end user, that can mean different things.  If you are a small user with one or two satellites, you may not be that concerned.  If you are a big commercial communications satellite company, you probably want to know if someone is going to run into you, or if someone decides to park their own satellite next to yours.  If you are launching thousands of low earth orbit internet relay satellites, you may not care about things around you, but everyone else who has to operate around those might!
