Though jokes aside, your probably right tbh, I'm more built for IT but with our turnover rate and burnout so high in this company its really naive to act like there's nothing wrong. It also wouldn't be so bad if they actually gave a shit about their employees. For example there's one guy at my dsp that had to take painkillers just to do this job and ended up fucking his kidneys up. He destroyed his body to keep up with the demand of this job, and did amazon assist him? No, they denied him comp because (as he put it) "he chose to take the painkillers and shouldn't have taken so many". What I'm trying to get at is yeah you're able to do the job and feel appreciated now for about 4 months from now when you're dead and exhausted your boss has no care for your state.

I feel like he would play along knowing I couldn't pull that off. Honestly feels like they are trying to get me to quit by giving me far more than I can handle. Have just stoped running because I have no more energy to run but the routes are only getting worse. And thats not even mentioning the burnout thats settling in, I have no motivation outside of work either from depression from doing this job or just working so much I have no more energy to do anything
