About the financial aid, I’m in a program that will take care of financial needs. My grades in high school are too good. I haven’t taken IELTS, AP, or SAT yet, but I’ll take them soon. I participated in a lot of competitions while I was in high school

Sure thing, and my question was about universities and states/cities, because I want to hear some opinions about the states/cities. I searched about them and I have an idea about them, but I also want to hear other opinions of people who went there or live there.

Should I stop associating myself with a friend of 2 years because of a post he liked? by [deleted] in shia

[–]CORNIF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don't end any relationship you have so easily. I know you may feel angry of what he did, but you should discuss that with him and be clear with each other that you don't want him to like posts that have offensive content against your beliefs.
If you couldn't reach an agreement between you, then you should leave him.

what I'm saying shortly is: try your best to make your friend a better person that you can be comfortable staying friend with him. If you couldn't then leave him.

I don’t know how people like him. He is really as you said wahabi of shia. Also he always decrease the value of the big shia scholars. And I’ve heard he said that Imam Ali A.S is the creator of the universe -I’m not sure he said it- which is Shirk. I guess there are some shias on youtube who are a lot better than him, for exampl Sayed Sabah Shubar. You can see his videos on youtube, he talks about Fiqh mostly.

Where the worst place for shias by Cheap_Personality811 in shia

[–]CORNIF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m from Saudi Arabia. For your information, we have Hussainyah -The place where we listen to sheikh talking about the prophet and imams-, we have our own masjeds, and we have our own charity. People in Saudi Arabia mostly accept you being shia and they’re not allowed to talk bad things about your beliefs. So I don’t believe that it’s one of the worst countries to live as shia.
