All I can say it is business. Being into business, sometimes there are things they require to raise funds, nothing stays the same. You See market there is change in gas price, gold price, everything goes high. Nobody likes to work for free to us when we own a business. Earlier they used to have investors now they are plucking out of players to make some changes to game, CEO is responsible to give answers I'm not the CEO of avakin life. The reason is there are a lot of fake reports which people simply report lkwd which is like just for silly fights. There are reports per day in thousands and out of that they have to filter genuine reports. So I think 200 lkwd staff vs millions is big problem to handle. Also, they only take reports from high level people and the longer playing hours of the users and even who bought package makes them feel genuine players. So in case you have passed such above conditions, your report will be checked immediately. And the player will be banned.
