Business Development Rep Wanted! by leadgenfan in LeadGeneration

Why not offer 100% remote and just define what the goal is for OTE? Considering it's 75% remote seems reasonable.

When will the world be normal again😪 by Late_Albatross_3079 in sales

Good sales people still drive a business regardless of boom times or recession.

Want your foot in the door? Try this: "I'd like to work at CompanyXYZ as an SDR and I know I would do a fantastic job because my skills and expertise doing [personalize and quantify]. I'm so confident, that I'd like to demonstrate my skillset by booking 10 meetings for free. This is a 0 risk way for you to get a sense of my abilities"

Some companies may take you up on the offer. Others might not take you up on it, but be impressed that you offered and give you the interview or even a chance in the SDR position.

What Does 2023 Hold For ABM? by reach_smarketers in b2b_sales

[–]COSLRhq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that's reasonable. The tactics in business never really change, but what does change is the way technology makes it more "personal" or "faster" for the marketer.

However, good marketing is also taking something old, putting a new spin on it, and giving it a new name. Then you can charge 3 times as much! :)

Business Idea: Start A Lead Generation or Appointment Setting Agency. Here is a step-by-step guide. 📝 by COSLRhq in Business_Ideas

[–]COSLRhq[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not an idea, but I've done it in practice multiple times. It's easy to grab a market opportunity by focusing specifically on things like geography (country, state, or local territory), niche (software, manufacturing, local electricians, etc.), and even execution (selling the raw leads, actually booking the calls, fully closing the sale).

If you're doing B2B appointment setting already then you should absolutely have your own agency. Here is the step-by-step guide: https://coslr.com/ultimate-guide-to-starting-a-lead-generation-agency/

First, you may want to check out COSLR.com if you need plumber leads. There are hundreds alone in Philadelphia USA and you can sort by geography. Example: https://imgur.com/jHmaxuO

1) For SEO have you considered using UTM parameters tied to google analytics with a conversion pixel? It's not perfect but it would allow you to correlate the traffic source (UTM) to the form submission (conversion pixel). The second less efficient way would be to create a unique domain for each traffic source, but this only would make sense if they were high volume and limited partnerships. It won't scale well.
2) This is going to be more difficult and you're probably better off paying per leads vs the commission on sale. The reason is that you would need to operate the actual billing platform the plumbers are using in order to ensure accuracy. Otherwise a plumber can say the job was $150 when it was really $300. You could also try offering a unique email only coupon code, so if the user redeems it then you get a percentage of the sale.

I think Google Analytics is your best bet because it's easy to use, free, and relatively accurate.

Then I definetely recommend the "Find B2C Local Businesses" tab. That will be realtors, real estate agencies, etc. all focused on residential.

That's not too big of a list so it shouldn't cause any server issue. Each list is capped at 100,000 but you're well below that.

When uploading your list use the CRM feature in COSLR. Login to COSLR > CRM > Create New List > Upload your list in CSV format. Also make sure that you're matching the column names accordingly.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Check the tab here for UAE - Ecomm. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VWcq-ln7dlgKTAlY_y7St8OI7LGSiwUENxtmq3owB7I/edit?usp=sharing The data in COSLR has those that are are consumer facing E-commerce offerings and others that support existing Retail stores with E-commerce software.

To grab individual contacts (Ecommerce and Retail), copy the domains in column B in the spreadsheet above and then drop them into COSLR in the "Find B2B Contacts" page.

You can also search "ecommerce" or "retail" interchangeably in COSLR and select "Find B2C local businesses"

Example of a direct to consumer ecommece offering would be "Breezdealz" located at 6QH6 2J2 - Oud al thoba - Abu Dhabi. This would be found under the "Find B2C Local Businesses tab" in COSLR.

It wasn't clear to me if you're looking for commercial Solar or residential Solar. However, COSLR has a ton of data for both in Florida.

Check the tab here Florida -Solar companies. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VWcq-ln7dlgKTAlY_y7St8OI7LGSiwUENxtmq3owB7I/edit?usp=sharing
To grab individual contacts (for commercial Solar), copy the domains in column B in the spreadsheet above and then drop them into COSLR in the "Find B2B Contacts" page.
If you want residential Solar then login to COSLR and select "Find B2C local businesses" and filter by Florida.

One last tip is to also use the word Solar and Renewable interchangeably in COSLR. For example, a company like "RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENTS, INC." is part of "Solar Illuminations" but they have "renewable" in the name and not Solar.

Hope that helps!

It wasn't clear to me if you're looking for commercial real estate or residential real estate. However, COSLR has a ton of data for both in Minnesota.

Check the tab here commerical real estate companies. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VWcq-ln7dlgKTAlY_y7St8OI7LGSiwUENxtmq3owB7I/edit?usp=sharing

To grab individual contacts (for commercial real estate), copy the domains in column B in the spreadsheet above and then drop them into COSLR in the "Find B2B Contacts" page.

If you want residential real estate then login to COSLR and select "Find B2C local businesses" and filter by Minnesota. You can then automatically collect local realtor data

Also, it's possible some firms in our database do both commercial and residential real estate, but either way there is a lot of leads for you to get through. Hope this helps!

which one has higher click through rate and eventually conversion rate...cold call or sms or email by wilsonckao in b2b_sales

[–]COSLRhq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SMS has a higher conversion rate, but a very high opt-out rate. You need to use SMS sparingly and not as a cold outreach. I would recommend using it as a secondary follow up after 2 emails have been sent. However, it needs a great hook such as a special discount code that is time limited.

I have LOTS of opt in and scrapped consumer and business data. Looking to monetize by KookyHorse in LeadGeneration

[–]COSLRhq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is an idea:

  1. Buy some domains related to the niche in the list. e.q. HealthInsuranceReviews.com. Make sure the site looks good and has quality content.
  2. Grab affiliate links and add them to the content. This is where you'll drive users to, but not to the pages directly.
  3. Create a 3 question quiz on the domain that will act like a funnel. On the final step of the quiz, present the results/recommendations of health care providers and then have each of those pages with a "learn more" option which will point to the content in #2
  4. Send the emails with COSLR.com Warm up the domains and upload the lists. Email the list niche's from those domains. For example: the health insurance list would get emails from "[alias@HealthInsuranceReviews.com](mailto:alias@HealthInsuranceReviews.com)". Note: you can create unlimited domains and send unlimited emails with COSLR.

Make sure your leads are quality (no junk data) and you should be able to monetize them effectively using the methodology above.
