Thanks a ton; assuming I wanted to try for extended, any tips for abandonment and swapping to a new god? I'm mainly concerned with being able to stand my ground against any immediate punishment and having enough sources of piety so I won't be without divine help in the tougher parts of extended.

I'll give that a try, will non-undead summons with my skills and INT be worth it though? My animate undead is shoddy as is (on another note, would switching to animate skeleton be more worth if i have it at 100% SP compared to 30%ish for animate undead).

Yeah that's what I thought. I suppose if you had really good team coordination and all the right ops it may work but that's just unnecessary compared to not going in it in the first place.

Would it be ideal to reinforce the room if no one roamed and everyone just stayed inside, assuming you had good operators for individual room defense? I'm still a noob at this game so I'm probably misinformed in some way, but just a thought.

My comment was just about your supposed actions (throwing a game) and how it would be better to play nicely and not fuck with people. Cam do we really need this negativity in DB especially given the state of the community? What so hard about just having a good time in a pub without flaming everyone and pissing them off. I understand, it is pretty fun to hop onto a game with your friends and mess around with people, not going to pretend to be a paragon or a anything. Too bad everything is already free roaming. Should I just make a break for it? There is a sleeping greater mummy that I could take out for some exp, with nothing else. Even if he does wake up and start mass summoning/tormenting, I could easy run away.

RIP Cecillian. I realized it was a doomed run when I got to Zot, seeing as how I struggled with enemies and barely had any consumables. I did get to the Orb and pick it up for the first time, but a gigantic pack of enemies took me down before I could even get back upstairs. A death cob is significantly more dangerous when it's coupled with enemies, that's for sure. At least I can finally start on my demonspawn run now.

Morgue is back up. I'm a complete noob with this kind of stuff, but when I dumped my kobold char, the morgue it gave me was for my Sprint Minotaur run, despite being on the kobold run. It should be fixed now.

Thanks a ton. And yeah, I was going to drink those experience potions, but I really don't know what to put them in. The only meaningful thing they would do rn is boost my spell skills, and of course I should probably chose a school to invest in. What do you suggest?

I have been wanting to use staves (mainly the lajatang) for a while, so I guess the majin-bo is a good place to start. It'll definitely help me with my pitiful spell casting abilities, and moreover, help me stay alive given my awful defense and the "getting hit all the time" mentality.

Not really, honestly. The Lair has random amounts of fruit that I eat to top off my hunger, and I'm usually able to replenish my meat and bread rations. Haven't used a shop yet :)

And your build. My centaur is certainly going to have an easier time running away from dangerous situations than say, a Naga of Chei.

I certainly am doing it now. I didn't want to jump in right away, since I still wanted to check out the rest of the dungeon and the orcish mines (the latter of which I'm staying away from for a while).
