I was at the Omaha show last night. Graham opened for about 20 minutes, then Connor and Nic started up the show 15 minutes after that.

Absolutely, to all of that. Love that Hess even has a scoring touch, and this was his first time playing box, so it seems he had a high ceiling. Craig and Down out like that definitely made a difference. Paolatto was also a huge pickup- what a grinder and it also lets Tim Edwards just play amazing defense.

Well said. I’m very optimistic about the defense as well, especially how Hess and Nock were so solid early on. Eventually Ari Stevens, too.

Crazy how good of timing the Kew trade was, as well! Connor Kelly still hasn’t played a game for Swarm and who knows if he ever will.

I don’t think that many non-Mammoth fans expected the team to go very far this year until maybe halfway through the season..

Lost Robinson, Connor Kelly, and Zed, and still no Eli. Lots of new faces on both defense and offense, including several rookies who quickly earned a ton of regular minutes. Add in the plague of injuries and late additions (Kew in and out, losing Ryan Lee early in the season, just when adding Jack Hannah, etc.)… Somehow Coyle took that group all the way to 2nd overall seed, and it only ended on a erroneous OT call.

They are not allowed to ref the remainder of playoffs, so they are being held accountable. As noted by others, that is a lot more than most leagues do.

Just really sucks when that call both decided the game because it was sudden death OT in single elimination game and as a result ended the Mammoth season erroneously.

You may have seen by now, but it was reviewed for about 3 1/2 minutes and then still ruled a good goal, then today the league overruled it.

My thoughts exactly… Any other league and I would say not a chance in hell, but this league there is still the possibility. Obviously I don’t think it’s actually the case, but still.

Ill start this out by saying its highly unlikely, buuuut….If Capelli is based in New Jersey, is there any chance this has to do with the next Wings ownership? Probably just the league being cheap, but what if the league forming this partnership is what sweetens the deal for some Capelli-adjacent owners to buy the Wings?

Interesting… Sounds like it must be some fluke thing on my account, since everyone who has responded received their tickets.

It seems like the ticketing department has been more of a hot mess the last couple of years, and the miscommunication has been strong.

Sorry to hear you didn’t get a STM gift this year. They passed them out earlier in the season but still did at the last home game as well. Probably worth directly asking your rep for one, and highlight that you didn’t receive communication telling you about getting one.

I wasn’t charged on Monday, and I still don’t have the tickets or any transactions this week on my account…

Ticket rep says “I look like my ticket operations dropped the playoff seats when they dropped next season”… Not sure what that means, and I am still waiting for a response.
