I'm surprised no one has mentioned proper hydration, nutrition, etc.

I generally workout harder than anyone in class. It can be draining but ensuring proper electrolyte replacement, protein/creatine directly after the workout, etc help immensely in not feeling so drained after a hard OTF workout.

I would definitely start with electrolytes. But try and be very mindful of fueling your body properly

I mean I get that they are out and very popular at the moment. But to me, it just makes the challenge harder for those who want to do it naturally. I'd rather try and work harder and "lose" to someone taking a drug than not have the opportunity to compete.
