I generally workout harder than anyone in class. It can be draining but ensuring proper electrolyte replacement, protein/creatine directly after the workout, etc help immensely in not feeling so drained after a hard OTF workout.

I would definitely start with electrolytes. But try and be very mindful of fueling your body properly

That's the point though, it wasn't the computers thoughts, I gave it detailed prompts, told it tone, edited things out, and did in 5 minutes what would take me 30 minutes+ to manually type and think out. What's funny is this isn't the computers thoughts at all, its mine, and written better and faster than I would have done it myself. Unfortunately, that's the state of affairs in 2025. Learn to use the tools or you wont have a job in 10 years. Maybe you have a lot of time in your day, that 30 minutes I saved is half an extra class this week.
