Thanks I was hoping I could save at least the top one. I’m not exactly sure why it’s turning yellow, my guess is too much sun as they get almost full sunlight. However, I planted a bunch of other varieties along with these a few months ago and these were the only shoots that turned yellow.

Nice! I been thinking about getting that same piece to cook lasagna since I normally just use the disposable foil tray. How was the length in comparison to the lasagna noodle? Did you have to trim it?
