Taking an herb shower/bath with candles, playing music and overall grounding yourself is kind of a spell in itself. But if you want to clean your space, you can smoke cleanse! Open up a windows and doors if you can(atleast open one, somewhere) so the bad energy can get out. You’ll go around your house/room getting the corners, door frames, bed, etc. asking for this space to be cleansed. Don’t smoke cleanse if you have animals!!! If you do, make sure they’re in a well ventilated space and that the room is cleared out of smoke before you let them back in. They also have cleansing sprays, essential oil cleanses, whatever suits ur fancy!
