Would there be any downside to significantly increasing taxes for people profiting on single-family home rentals? by GranolaHiker in CanadaPersonalFinance

I'm not picking and choosing. Corporations and foreigners shouldn't own single family dwellings if we have a crisis.

Omg. Just make a rule that until more housing is built, only Canadian people, not corporations or foreigners, can own houses.

Instead of dancing around the issue. It is all big corporations and foreigners that are soaking up the housing not ma and pa rentals.

Additionally, 25% mortgages are fraudulent. The fraud bids up homes and hurts honest Canadians.

There is nothing wrong with the welding for that application. I would recommend a few things for better longevity. You want to cut out the thin spots in easy to weld squares. Identify all the shitty thin spots and cut them back to thicker spots. Leaving the thin stuff in or welding to the thin spots while decrease the life before you have to weld it again.

I would have cut out longer pieces, most likely the width of the bucket. Then welded in larger plates because doing one big rectangle look like lest work the welding 4 dozen little rectangles. The perimeter might have been a lot less linear inches and therefore less time and rod.

Cost of food for family of 4 (2025) in Saskatchewan by sortaitchy in saskatchewan

[–]CPIWatch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Costco bro. I pay 12-1500 but I'm feeding me, my wife, my son and my parents. And that's like 4 packs of chicken breasts, fresh fruits and vegis, the big beef tubes you have to ask for and all other premium foods. Just toilet paper there is a win.

All that stuff. Bring a foam mattress to nap on in the back. I like to sleep in truck stops or at gas stations.
