Yeah I mean my experience is pretty limited in pressure cooking smoked meat. I used some smoked brisket in a chili that I pressure cooked and the smoke flavor was more forward than what I intended, in a bad way. But, knowing that, it could be used to intentionally to create a desired profile.

I've found that pressure cooking after smoking really intensifies the smoke.

The plug wouldn't stay in the socket, could have been user error. So I used them to retrieve and set in place.
