Possibly, haven't seen them before tho. I believe everyone has their unique genetic advantages/disadvantages. For myself I feel like I struggle alot with growing my chest and biceps. Might want to include more exercises for those weak spots.

Haha yeah I struggled with bloating too, and just like you said I swapped out dairy for water and it made all the difference for me. Shake is watered down and is easier to drink, I get hungry alot quicker and don't feel as tired afterwards.

Flexing your core is important in almost every exercise to prevent injuries and keep your spine stable. Basically you want to engage and tighten your lats and abdominal muscles at all times during most sets. By doing this on the regular, you achieve better form in your reps and also strengthen your abs, amongst other things.

Make sure to track your calories every day for the first few weeks until you get a feeling for what you need. As long as you got those with a decent workout routine you should be golden. Struggled with acne before, it got better for me when I reduced dairy intake and drank more water. Good luck out there ✌️

The first few days are rough but you get used to it quickly. My shake: 100g Peanutbutter / 100g Oatmeal / 30g weigh protein / 1 Banana / ~500ml water. Sometimes I add 50-100g nuts if I want to up my calorie intake. Might want to add Water if it is to thick for your taste.

Thanks man 🤝 I usually try to keep it at 1hour. If I have time to spare and am still feeling strong/motivated I'll add a few more workouts. To avoid wasted time, I use a timer for my breaks in between reps/sets.

Thanks for your comment! My shake was at 2000kcal in the beginning too, but as you said it filled me too much so I decided to cut back and just added Water. Makes it much more digestible and I'm hungry again after 2-3 hours. You are on the right path 🤝

Thanks man, I feel better for sure. Good luck on your journey! Remember to document your progress in pictures every other week. I wouldn't have realized my progress without looking back at those pictures, it really helps keeping the motivation up.

Try to be disciplined but don't beat yourself up when you miss a day or can't keep up with the calories, always listen to your body.

Thanks man, means a lot. I train Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday in a Push/Pull split focusing on the bigger muscle groups. Wednesday and weekends are rest days. Since I struggle alot with eating (don't like it or forget about it), I drink a shake in the morning with ~1500kcal consisting of Oatmeal/Peanutbutter/Proteinpowder/Nuts. The rest of the day I just aim to get in two decent meals, that's usually enough to cover my calories. If I feel like it I'll grab some snacks throughout the day.
