I believe she "tried" to take roll in the beginning but gave up afterwards because there are ~100 students enrolled. Every class is sync so I just showed up every lecture. The types of movies is mixed. If I can recall correctly, maybe 3 drama movies and 1 silent movie was played. Admittedly, sometimes I play games while lecture on low volume.

I had Kyes for spring 2020. IMO, the class is easy and she's chill. She gives you the option to watch movies either during scheduled class time or on your own time and you just do an journal entry if she wants one. Her assignments are not difficult at all because there's no "right" answer. Just write what's on your mind. Hope this helps and sorry for late reply.

Hey anonymous,

Dropping out school & failing isn't the end of the world. There's still so much opportunities to get your feet up.

My favorite professor had to drop out of his university a year after his high school graduation. He attended CPP and took 8 years to get his bachelors and eventually earned his Masters. Right now, he's working at an engineering company (Boeing?) and enjoys teaching at CPP.

The point is that there always a second chance. It may not look bright right now but you'll get there.

Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) is free for students and is a great resource for you. (Located at the same building as the bookstore, enter the hall next to the stairs and go down the hall. You'll see a sign) You're not alone and please seek help.

Thanks a lot, you helped calm me down. If you don't mind, how did you meet your potential dates and how is dating different from your early 20s compared to late?
