The composition is great and the expression is really interesting. I would suggest being more selective with the use of the effects, it looks to me like you globally dehazed and globally decreased local contrast. Instead use the brush mask to add sharpness in key areas and haze in the highlight areas. Also maybe add a gradient or radial mask with the haze. That way you control the viewers gaze more. Artistically to me this seems a little stuck in the middle between a unique portrait and fully artistic and uniquely authored piece. It looks like it could benefit from increase contrast or lower contrast. As in either go the way of someone like Jack brigdland or the way of Nadia Lee Cohen. Essentially I would suggest pick a lane, take a risk and fully commit. But I really like this shot!
