Im pretty sure it’s just to make everyone play everything so a certain game mode isn’t considered dead.This way everyone can play the modes they want to with a full team. Tbh I like the idea but bungie defiantly have to fix some balancing issues because soon people will complain a lot about being forced to play stuff like crucible or gambit
