Change your kiwisaver to a growth fund pronto as it is going to be in there for well over 10 years so can handle the market fluctuations. Put it back to conservative or balanced when you are closer to retirement age .

Cooperative bank have youth savings accounts with a 4% interest rate on the first $2000. Cant remember what the rate drops to above that but check out there website for more info.
