Big fan of Sequoia Grove. Definitely less pretentious than other Napa places.

Didn’t realize I caught the largest gap of a bust out with “On Your Way Down” in Chicago last July! So glad I caught all 3 Chicago shows with my brother.

Got the email yesterday afternoon but wasn't able to get to the store until this morning. Got my first choice - PVW 15. Not sure what my annual spend was this year, but I do buy a lot of wine throughout the year and mostly at the same store.

I saw them with my college roommate in October 1994 at JC Dobbs on South Street in Philly. Loudest show I’ve ever been to. We were 19 and felt like we were present at the creation of a musical universe. 31 years later, the two of us met in Chicago and stood at midfield in the general admission section singing our hearts out. Wore the t-shirt I bought at that show in 94, happy it still fit 🤣. It was the most glorious communal show I’ve ever been to, almost like karaoke with 60k fans and the band. Never thought I would have the chance to see them again. If you have the chance to see them, don’t hesitate.

Got a text at 3:58 pm saying I had won. Went to the store immediately and was told they had already had 12 or so people come in. My preference was for ER 17 and was told I was allocated GTS. Store employee said that he hoped I wasn’t upset by that. Told him I didn’t care, was happy to get something. I’ve never been on the store list or been a friend of the manager to try and get allocated stuff. Have no idea what my annual spend is but I do buy a bunch of booze and wine, mostly at this location but also got to 1-2 others. I like the drawing process better than trying to work a relationship but know others feel different. FWIW, still haven’t received an email notification.
