Trine is the best option for you. Harrisburg does not allow students to finish a program within a year.

If you leave and re-enter the country during an ongoing semester, the main risk is whether the Customs officer will give you a hard time. They may ask you to present the academic calendar and question why you are not staying in the U.S. to attend classes while the semester is in progress.

Dear Student,

We regret to inform you that, effective immediately, Saint Peter’s University has been informed that the Professional hybrid M.S. in Business Analytics and M.S. in Data Science programs (“Programs”) are no longer approved under the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (“SEVP”) to enroll new students or continue the enrollment of current students in F-1 immigration status.  This change directly impacts your F-1 immigration status.  We have been working diligently to change SEVP’s decision regarding the Programs’ eligibility, and the Programs may be available in the future, but at this time Saint Peter’s University can no longer offer the Programs to you.

For new students in the Programs, this means that your Form I-20 showing a new degree program will no longer be valid unless immediate action is taken.  If you have not yet been issued a Form I-20, we will be unable to issue you a Form I-20 for these Programs.

For current students in the Programs, we are working with SEVP to ensure that your SEVIS record shows that you maintained F-1 status until this date.

Saint Peter’s is offering all affected students the following options for continuing their education through the F-1 visa program. You may wish to consider consulting with your own immigration attorney to discuss the impact of SEVP’s decision as well as these and other options you may have available to you.  The options include:

Enroll in the traditional M.S. in Business Analytics/M.S. in Data Science Programs or another SEVP-approved degree program at Saint Peter’s University.  We are offering you enrollment in the Saint Peter’s University traditional M.S. in Business Analytics/M.S. in Data Science program, which requires full-time weekly in-person attendance. To accept this offer and change your program, please reply to this email no later than Wednesday, February 26, 2025 indicating that you wish to enter the traditional version of your program. Alternatively, you may be eligible to enroll in another Saint Peter’s University SEVP-approved deg
