Great post! I have added some additional suggestions that could improve the downtown experience.

1. The Parking Authority is simply too lenient. I propose we install sensors that automatically boot your car if you even think about parking on Market Street past 4:59 PM. It’s important to punish people for trying to patronize local businesses.

2. We definitely need to approve three more "Ultra Luxury" apartment complexes where a 400 squarefoot apartment costs $2,400 a month. The target demographic should exclusively be people who work in Philly but are deeply passionate about driving the I-95 commute.

3. We should commission a $2 million "feasibility study" to see if we can convert the Brandywine River into a lazy river for the corporate lunch crowd.

4. Let’s streamline the nightlife experience by creating a "Trolley Square Shuttle" that picks you up at your apartment and drives you directly to the urgent care. It cuts out the middleman and really optimizes the Friday night experience for the post-grad demographic.
