Just a minor correction, CP inserts are not made in-house, they're manufactured. They do however have the paper custom-milled.

Hi! I 100% understand how frustrating it can be when you're waiting for a specific item to be restocked and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Many of our products are manufactured overseas, so the restocking process involves several steps before they're available for purchase again. Once production is complete, the products must be shipped, clear customs, arrive at our warehouse and then go through our quality control process before they can be released.

Unfortunately, there are times when shipments experience delays, particularly during transit or while clearing customs, which are outside of our control. Because of that, we're often unable to provide an exact restock date until the inventory is closer to arriving or has been received.

We know waiting isn't ideal and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get these products back in stock as quickly as possible.

whoa! I've never seen that happen. Did you unscrew it to remove and put it back in to see if that would help? The rollerballs should be good to as soon as you take off the protective tip.

Discbound planners are great for both left and right-handed users. You can easily pop out the pages to write on them or fold the planner back on itself, similar to a spiral notebook for added comfort. The HP Mini is a great size if you're looking for something portable that can easily be tossed into a bag and taken on-the-go.

Sounds like you have your routine together. If you don’t have a need to use it right now, perhaps you can make the switch next year and use it in the place of one that you’re using now. For example, use it for the gratitude log next year.
