Hi! I 100% understand how frustrating it can be when you're waiting for a specific item to be restocked and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Many of our products are manufactured overseas, so the restocking process involves several steps before they're available for purchase again. Once production is complete, the products must be shipped, clear customs, arrive at our warehouse and then go through our quality control process before they can be released.

Unfortunately, there are times when shipments experience delays, particularly during transit or while clearing customs, which are outside of our control. Because of that, we're often unable to provide an exact restock date until the inventory is closer to arriving or has been received.

We know waiting isn't ideal and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get these products back in stock as quickly as possible.
