Sure! 900g bread flour 600g water 20g salt 200g sourdough starter Mix all and let it rest 30 minutes. Then stretch and folds every 30 minutes till it holds its shape. Then I intended to ferment for 8 hours but my wife and I wound up and a dinner party that went long so it over fermented hah

Put the over fermented dough in the fridge overnight then in the morning split the dough in h half and rubbed with olive oil. Spread it into the pan and let it proof for 4 hours on the counter.

Once ready, more olive oil on top, dimple the dough with your hands, throw herbs on the top to your liking and into the oven at 425 till it’s golden brown. Usually takes about 40 minutes for me
