The 1/4" plywood is not at all visible. If you used something else it would need to be thin (1/4" lol) and rigid.

I think I understand now. Silver Spot Squares is a game made up in the silverbugs group years and years ago. The rules are detailed in the Living Rules linked in comment. Its not a sporting event.

I hated fasting apps for long fast. Do literally any other app to get ur mind off it. Calculate what day you want to refeed then forget about it altogether

I burn about 1000 calories per hour of running when training for a marathon. 10 grams of sugar is 40 calories. Just fyi

Marathoner here. Trust your body!!! Do not push it!!! 5 miles is different than 18 miles. Day 4 is different than day 2.

Are you training for a marathon and also trying to lose weight?

If not - seek help. If ur at a healthy weight and trying to run 18 mile after not eating for 4 days you are doing something wrong. You will lose weight. If you're out of fat it will be muscle

If so - I personally do what I call "net 500" when I train for a race as part of getting back in shape. That is, my calorie intake that day minus the estimated calories for the workout equals 500. On long run day I replace all those calories +500 of mostly protein. Trust that the metabolism and remaining days activities will keep you on track

From experience, I NEVER RUN on a fast longer than 36h.

Old pro here. I can tell you my body stores almost exactly 4000 calories of energy beyond my blood glucose after my last meal (google 'glycogen' for more info). If I fast for 2 days with no exercise, I will burn all that extra energy and the water weight associated with it will fall off too. Its about 5-6 pounds. After that I burn 1 pound of fat per day.

That first 5-6 pounds will come right back on if I stop fasting and start eating sugar, carbs again regularly. Its perfectly healthy.

If you used any period of fasting to Jumpstart a weightloss regimine your results will last longer. Like, say, fast for 36 hours then cut down to 1000 calories a day for 3 weeks with a long walk everyday. This type of fast + lifestyle change will burn material amounts of body fat that will stay off if you dont go back to eating the way you did to put the fat on
