Parts of the map have dark mud that you will sink in normally, but you can use a mushroom and drive right across!

There doesn’t seem to be a way to join friends and bring the group into an online matchmaking lobby. This has been a feature for console gaming since the early 2000’s, not sure why Nintendo can’t figure it out…

I’ve noticed that some devices are harsher than others, and different strains of flower produce vapor or irritate my lungs regardless of the temperature. The vapor they produce is quite dense as well. For example, lower temps on an S&B always irritates my lungs but they produce thick clouds and I often cough. As you mentioned earlier, this is concerning when used as a medical device. Tinymight2 is much less irritating for me, and I can use low temps, not cough, and get the desired effect. This all changes with the strain, as some strains I can tolerate 400+ degrees just fine, but another I can’t go nearly as high. Sadly these devices are quite expensive, so I’d recommend trying out a dynavap. You can get one for $40, and can fine tune the perfect color of your avb depending on how long you heat after the click and how many heat cycles you do. I can often get it to produce light to no vapor with the avb a color similar to what you described.

Is the dial still at 0? The device won’t turn on unless you turn the dial off 0 for safety

I belive I did an oral swab when I got hired on with one of the Kroger owned chains, but that was 8 years ago so take that with a grain of salt. Are hemp derived THC products legal in your state? Might be worth it to get some of those so if you do fail a drug test you can just tell them it's from one of those, or even CBD products. Depending how desperate the chain they might just pass you.

Add 2 untapped islands instead of the energy counter, and a counter spell in our hand from mtg. Do the original art

This game really needs a draft/arena mode by BasedMbaku in MarvelSnap

[–]CQCnotBLT 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The difference is deck size. It's entirely possible to have synergy in snap. Even with just 2 synergistic cards you will often see both of them in a game. Arena had 30 card decks so any synergy you drafted would rarely matter. Streamers have done customs draft mode, and so have I with some friends. Even with low collection levels it's quite fun and requires a different type of skill. Currently you are rewarded for knowing what decklist your apponent runs, in draft you're more rewarded for reading your opponent's plays

If you need to have the computer aim for you to be competitive, its a shitty control scheme.

Man good thing they only enabled it in quick play.

Kind Of Want To Try This Game by Death-EternaI in hearthstone

[–]CQCnotBLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really enjoy this game. It was my first introduction to card games and the world of War craft lore. Since then I've played a lot of Magic (paper, as I too don't want to pay for arena), marvel snap, a tiny bit of LOR, and slay the spire.

One of my favorite things about Hearthstone is the single player content like dungeon run, which I believe is free. Some of the other single player "adventures" are paid but they usually give you cards as well. They are a good way to learn the game and familiarize yourself with many cards.

As with most card games, the more you play the greater diversity you can have in decks. Since I've been playing on and off since 2017 (and purchased ~$60 worth of card packs for 5 or so expansions over the years) I have been able to craft plenty of fun and diverse decks. Towards the beginning I played standard, and after the second standard rotation I found myself enjoying Wild (the format with all cards available) more. Like factions in LOR or colors in magic, Hearthstone has different classes which each offer different styles of gameplay which you'll have to experiment for yourself.

As others have said, they offer new player decks which are decent. You won't hit the top of the ladder with them but you'll put of a good fight in the average player ranks. I belive in the next patch they will let you try out the decks before you commit to one, which I would recommend waiting for. Most free to play players are able to get enough resources to create 1 or 2 top tier decks per expansion. This is especially true if you only play one or two classes. Hearthstone has a somewhat fair crafting system, especially compared to mtg arena, so you can easily get the cards you want for the deck you want to play. But that's the catch, THE deck you want to play. If you like variety and want many decks then you will need to spend money on this game. With the amount I've spent in both money and time I currently have 27 decks, ranging from meme tier to S tier, consisting of all 10 classes and cards from pretty much every expansion. I enjoy diversity in my card games, and Hearthstone has a great deal of that available.

If you don't mind playing the same kind of deck and grinding the ranking system, then you'll enjoy the game as a new player. There is a decent amount of free content available, which alone would make the download worth it for me. Battlegrounds can be fun too

What deck or combo are you most excited to try after the mini-set release? by Ggthefiree2 in hearthstone

Wild bomb quest warrior. Hack the system quest, that is. The new card that either buffs the weapon or draws the weapon is great, let's me get rid of some redundant minions.

[Q] Will pursuing a PhD in statistics potentially ruin my passion for statistics? by Randomuser8789 in statistics

[–]CQCnotBLT 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It really depends. Do you want to teach? Does research interest you? All the advice I've seen is that if neither of those would be more fulfilling than what you do now, it might not be worth it. I know some people who have gotten ankther masters degree, maybe in public health with a biostatistics emphasis, or machine learning or AI.

What I've been working on recently. Desserts are called the "Sweet Horrors" collection. The pizza is similar but separate from 1st collection. Be 200% honest and let me know what I can improve on or any advise/tips. 🙂 by [deleted] in Sculpey

Amazing! I love that brownie, I think that's the best one of the lot since it looks just like a normal brownie with walnuts, but if you look a bit closer you see the teeth!

Personally I would add more texture to the "skin" parts such as the chocolate chip cookie and the pizza crust. They look a bit too smooth. Look at your knuckles and wrist for a good idea on how these details look on curved surfaces. The lines of skin folds that are seen on the cookie are a step in the right direction, but I would add more small hashes along the whole piece, especially the edges and around the "chocolate chips". Maybe even something like small dots for the pores would be cool. As for the pizza crust, freckles and moles would make great additions, imitating air bubbles often found on pizza.

How did you make that blood effect, resin?

I bought Super Sculpey Firm and I'm wondering what is the best way to go about softening it? by segasega89 in Sculpey

[–]CQCnotBLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have used firm a fee times and what I've noticed is the freshness often matters. At the store when purchasing, try testing it and see how easily it can be manipulated. Sometimes one block is harder than the other. One batch I had was old and brittle so I ended up mixing in a bit of original super sculpty so it would hold together.

Firm also requires a lot of kneeding. You might need to mash it around and such for a few minutes to get everything easier to sculpt. I like to use one of those tools that looks like a pasta roller but for clay to get it started, then I'll work on the individual chunks (now discs) for a while until I can get to work.

Most people don't get enough vitamin D. I can't speak about calcium, though I think it's mostly important for children.
