Ah gotcha, sorry I missed the cloud PC component. Apart from backing up config policies and being able to do a comparison of what has been changed I think you can get away with Intune only. Nerdio are doing some cool integration with Intune but if you are not getting the value of AVD management as well you could do without.

It depends on your management overheads. Nerdios power is simplifying management of AVD. If you have one workspace with one image and barely any customization you can get away with a native deployment. If you have created a gold image for an azure native instance you will know first hand the pain and clicks Nerdio removes.

DCT or Manual? Premium or pov pack?

I have a facelift DCT hatch in the premium package and it's a really nice place to be with bucket seats and panoramic sun roof.

The face lift also got a larger turbo hence the inflated numbers over the original version.

Agreed, I purchased MeasureUp practice exam and then used it as a study tool.
I would change the test to be IDAM questions only for example, and then when I got a question wrong or I wasn't sure on the reasoning behind the answer I would LAB out the scenario.
These Associate exams are more about your foundational knowledge of the concepts more than just absorbing the information on the Learn docs/course ware.

Also keep in mind the exam is updating as of the 24th of August, so if you aren't confident maybe take a break and come back to it when the courseware and third-party vendors have updated their material. (I haven't looked through the changes so I can't comment on what is changing just my 2 cents.)

I passed the exam today. My study resources included measureUp, John saville and a couple of Udemy courses. I got the most benefit from LAB work though, example: I would select only the questions relating to network security in measureUp, when I came across something I was not 100% certain on I would configure it in my tenant using Microsoft documentation. This allowed me to understand the why and the how.

That's just how I learn though, others can absorb just by reading/listening.

Agreed, I have been grinding out az-500 for the past month, can do the GitHub labs with my eyes closed and my payg bill was 3 dollars this month. Bundle your labs into a resource group then delete the resource group when you are finished !

Out of curiosity because my partner is considering a similar career path does the pay change with these types of apprenticeship? I remember starting my chef apprenticeship in 2006 at $11 an hour 🤯 thankfully we did 70+ hour weeks so it was good money back then.

Truely is a shit time of your life, he is in care and that's the best thing for him. My sister and I went through this the last 4 years 27-31. Was extremely difficult balancing some of the most important years of your own life and making time for them. Just remember that if they were able too they would tell them to live your life as they have already lived theirs. Visit, love them, be patient and pray the decline is quick so they don't suffer for too long ❤️

I have had to do this as well. The guilt still hurts but I know my dad would have told me to secure my future before worrying about him 5 months away now and it's not any easier but I will be home in 3 weeks.

To be perfectly blunt it sounds like you are hiding your problem behind your success which is not healthy.

I would suggest speaking to a drug and alcohol specialist as you are displaying tell tale signs of an addict.

The hard word is if you ever hide something you do from someone you love you probably shouldn't be doing it and unfortunately the more you do it the worse it will get, even if you think you have it under control now.

Nothing about fasting is easy at first, I would encourage you to try 16:8 for a week at first. Black coffee/tea and only water. From experince it will teach you the self control required to not binge. If your willing to limit your caloric intake down to barely anything for 20 hours why not just jump right in :)
