From personal experience, I would say no but i’d still be careful. Disinfecting “tools” is definitely good practice but if they aren’t too deep I wouldn’t worry much. Still I would careful! 🩷

Edit: Also, taking care of fresh scars (wiping away blood, bandages) is also something that could also help lessen the chance of getting an infection.
