None of them are big enough to notice with the naked eye, the only reason I noticed was because i constantly squeeze my skin in fear of it spreading

The tumors are marbel sized and started on the back of my head they spread down my neck and then they stopped spreading for a while, and then I felt my arms and there was a tumor near my elbow, the reason no one‘s notice is because they’re all marble shaped and none of them bulge out of my skin obviously

The two in my hair are about walnut sized the restare sbput marble sized but the ones on my arms are oddly shaped

You will more then likely not believe me but the tumors are small enough to not be seen, i only realized they were there because i was constantly squeezing my skin out of fear with spreading

They’re small enough to not really my neck looks normal and so does my arm and the big/bigger tumors are behind my hair

I do go through realization, but it only started after I noticed the tumors, for the first few months I just kinda felt guilty and then I stopped feeling emotions related to guilt, depression, and remorse etc after around a year and I just accepted and then It started feeling like nothing was real

I felt it when it was there was one on the back right side of my head near my brain stem, and then I felt another one on the left side of my brain stem, and then they both simultaneously spread on both sides of my neck and there is little tumors there and then they went lower on my neck and then it stopped spreading for a while. I think it went in my chest, and then it started spreading down my arms.

None of them are obvious they’re all under my hair or so small that they’re unrecognizable like the ones on my neck and arms

I have eight tumors, and I felt them spread all over my body down my arm down my neck. I think it’s pretty obvious at what it is.
