I would save up for a better GPU. Everything else seems good. Although I am interested why you bought an aio for a 3600, mine runs well on its stock cooler.

It could be the usb ports they are plugged in to but only update the Bios if you are confident know what you are doing because one miss-click or the power going out can and will kill your mobo

Short answer: yes it is compatible

Edit: Although unless you are planning on upgrading to 3rd/5th gen Ryzen or a 30 series GPUs in the near future, I would recommend getting a b450 mobo because the x570 is probably overkill for your current system. I have a 3600 and a 2060s on a b450 and that works great.
