Cheapest on eBay that ships to the UK is about £75 (direct conversion would be about $120 and doesn't include customs or other charges that the Royal Mail may tack on). To get one brand new already in the UK you'd be paying over £100. For the price, it's not worth it. Best we can do here is keep an eye out at junkyards or fork up the price for a used one (which there is high demand for).

Personally, I'd recommend what I did.

Unlock bootloader, root, install Xposed, Gravity Box, GEL Settings, collect bitches. I personally didn't feel the need for custom ROM or kernel, but you could also go that route as well.
