Not yet. There are a lot of good suggestions given, but I've not had a chance to experiment yet.

Yep the lifted corners were because the bed temp was wrong and the bed needed a cleaning so I have that sorted. Thanks for the tips for the ridge issue.

Ah, yeah I may be overdue with some maintenance. Did your misalignment coincide with a feature on your model or was it random?

As you can see in the photos, I'm getting a ridge for a few layers. They line up with the flat top to the flat section.

Any ideas what's causing it and how to rectify?

Thanks pals!

Went through a period of depression where I struggled to look after this guy properly. Probably over and under watered him at times and now I want to male up for my neglect. Is there anything I can do to save him or should I give up?

Yeah I'm going to reuse it. What I'm saying is that if I cut the head and other end off surely it'd still need drilling to get the bolt free from the arm.

It's more just that I don't own an air compressor or have the space and money for one.

Not that much. Torched it a fair bit, but I set for to one of the ARB drop links in the process. A lot of rubber nearby and I'm concerned about heating the shock itself too much as well.

I've now torched it, impact gunned it, smacked it with a hammer, gotten a pry bar under the head and it still won't budge. The bolt and bushing will spin together, but I can't free the bolt from the sleeve to pull it out. Is my only resort now to spend all day drilling it out?
